I cooked your braised lamb shanks today. Delicious! It was the first time I had ever cooked lamb shanks so I looked online for a recipe. I chose yours because it was similar to my mother's old Boston Cooking School pot roast with the addition of red wine, tomato paste and juniper berries. Cannot overstate our enjoyment. Thank you.
